Brightmoor Commerce LLC is a US online shop for kitchen tools and home comfort. We carry meat grinders, block knife sets, kitchen rugs, coffee cups and mugs, and blankets and throws. Browse the shop to see what is in stock.

Orders & shipping

4. How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart and complete checkout with a United States shipping address. Choose a payment method from the options shown.

5. Do you ship internationally?
No. We only ship to addresses in the United States.

6. How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days after they leave our warehouse, depending on your location. Orders paid by Direct bank transfer or check ship after payment has cleared.

7. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, we email a tracking number so you can follow the package.

Payments

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Direct bank transfer, Check payments, and Cash on delivery. See our payment methods page for more detail.

9. How does Direct bank transfer work?
Pay the order total into the bank account shown at checkout and use your Order ID as the payment reference. We do not ship until the funds have cleared.

10. How do Check payments and Cash on delivery work?
Mail your check to 7533 S Center View Ct Ste R, West Jordan, UT 84084 and write the Order ID on the memo line. Cash on delivery means you pay cash when the carrier delivers the package, where that option is offered at checkout.

Returns

11. What is your return policy?
Most unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Food-contact products — meat grinders, knives, and mugs — that have been used or washed are not returnable except for defect or shipping damage. Kitchen rugs and blankets or throws must be unused, unwashed, and still tagged. Read the full refund and return policy before you ship anything back.

12. How do I start a return?
Email hung216mc@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will confirm next steps. You pay return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

13. When will I receive my refund?
After we inspect the return, we refund the original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days of accepting the item.

14. How should I use and clean a meat grinder?
Work with chilled meat and wash removable parts soon after you finish. Dry every piece before you store it, and do not submerge the motor.

15. How do I care for a block knife set?
Hand-wash blades, dry them right away, and seat them fully in the block so edges stay protected. Skip the dishwasher unless the product page says it is safe.

16. What should I know about kitchen rugs?
They are meant for busy floors near the sink and range. Shake them out, vacuum, and blot spills quickly. If you might return a rug, keep it unused, unwashed, and tagged.

17. Are coffee cups and mugs dishwasher safe?
Follow the care note on each listing. Many everyday mugs can go in the dishwasher; decorated glazes often last longer with a hand wash.

18. How do I care for blankets and throws?
Use the sewn-in label. A gentle cycle and low heat keep most throws in good shape. Keep tags on until you are sure you are keeping the piece.

19. Do you offer discounts or promotions?
We run site promotions from time to time. The price on the product page at checkout is the price you pay.

20. Can I cancel an order after I place it?
If it has not shipped, contact us within 24 hours at hung216mc@gmail.com or (325) 598-9237 and we will try to cancel it. Once it is on the way, use the return process instead.
