These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Brightmoor Commerce LLC website and any purchase you make through it. By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund and Return Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Brightmoor Commerce LLC (Brightmoor) operates this US online store. We carry knife sets, meat grinders, coffee mugs, kitchen rugs, and blankets and throws. We do not sell garden products, planters, or outdoor decor. Listings, photos, and descriptions reflect items we currently stock and may change.

2. Using the site and your account

  • Provide accurate information when you place an order or create an account.

3. Products and orders

We sell kitchen tools and home textiles as listed on the site. Descriptions, prices, images, and availability may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order, including for pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund the amount using the original payment method.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we accept the order by sending confirmation or by processing shipment.

We ship within the United States to the address you provide. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, then handed to a carrier. Delivery after that depends on the carrier. Provide a complete, accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address information you supplied. Risk of loss passes when the carrier takes the package, except where applicable law says otherwise.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds follow our Refund and Return Policy. That page explains eligibility, time limits, and how to request a return. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return, using the original payment method where possible.

Product names in listings describe goods we carry; they are not a claim that we manufacture every item.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brightmoor Commerce LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products purchased through it.
